Nov. 25: Slow Month For Home Sales

This charming home at 3004 Concord Court is the only home in Marina that has sold this month so far.

Slow Month for Home Sales So Far

October was a busy month for buyers and sellers in Marina’s housing market, but November has seen a big slowdown, with just one home selling this month so far.

The lone home, 3004 Concord Court, sold for $850,000. With 1,330 SF, it still managed to fit 4 bedrooms and 2 baths inside the single-level home. The home was listed for $849,000 and was on the market for just 11 days.

That’s a far cry from October, when 19 homes sold. The cheapest, a condominium at 3162 Eucalyptus for $537,000 and the most expensive, a 4-bedroom, 4-bath home on Andesite Drive for $1,425,000.
